Hayley is a visionary 6-figure entrepreneur, she founded the Wild Dreams movement 8 years ago, one branch of this is Wild Dreams Hospitality which has become one of the most well-known successful recruitment, training & consulting companies in the industry.
She also owns Nett Kind, a first of its kind on the continent & she is passionate about helping people find values-aligned careers.
Through her existing businesses, it was a natural progression for Hayley’s to move into career coaching as she believes helping people in this way is her purpose, now she wants to help you find yours!
Hayley has a total of 6 coaching certifications including career & life coaching, spiritual coaching, energy & alignment & law of attraction coaching to name just a few. She offers coaching to individuals who are wanting to get clarity in their careers or to entrepreneurs who want support on their journey to not only succeed but to 10x their business.
Hayley has 26 years of hospitality experience, 23 of these working in a senior role with HR & staff development as her core skills. This enables her to tailor coaching within the hospitality & tourism industry however she has worked with pilots, lawyers & various consultants to help them on their path.
Hayley has a reputation of over-delivering for her clients & is compassionate & honest in her approach, offering a holistic coaching experience that focuses on her clients’ lifestyles with their career or business being just one pillar of this.
